Writing
As a journalist, I've written about social justice and the arts for publications like The New York Times and Vice. As a creative writer, my personal essays have been published on Longreads, Nourish, and elsewhere. I've ghost written two books and am currently seeking representation for my novel, The Evolution of Boys.

A yoga class to benefit the Paper Fig Foundation
Find your center.
My teaching practice is alignment-based with a strong connection to the heart. Educated in the Anusara style, I have 14+ years of teaching experience in New York City and the Hamptons.
Private sessions in your home or mine, at the beach, or via zoom. I'll also be at the yoga tent at Hayground in Bridgehampton each weekday morning for a casual practice at 8:30am
I believe that yoga should be available to anyone who wants to practice, and so offer sliding scale rates.

It's a big world.
Travel is an essential feeder of my soul. I have lived and worked on five different continents, and am always looking for ways to explore this beautiful planet.
As Managing Director of the Paper Fig Foundation, I am constantly collaborating with colleagues in East Africa and worldwide, learning to look at things from another perspective, being challenged, growing. Paper Fig is dedicated to empowerment through fashion and the arts in East Africa. Learn more about how you can become part of the Paper Fig Foundation community at www.paperfig.org.
